1.User Agreement and Terms of Use of Trainex Stock

1.1 The present Agreement determines rights and responsibilities of Internet user who expressed his willingness to become the customer of Trainex Stock service (Hereinafter referred to as "Service").
1.2 User has a right to accept and not to accept the offered conditions that later on will predetermine his possibility or impossibility to use the Service.
1.3 The agreement is deemed bilateral and determines rendering of informational service to the user without binding the latter to make any investments.

Provision of personal information by user

1.4 During registration user is obliged to enter some personal data that identify him later on as a registered user of Trainex Stock. User has a right not to provide reliable personal data, however it is necessary to enter valid e-mal address for feedback.
1.5 Having approved the present Agreement and proceeded with registration process in the system, user confirms the transmittal of his data and their use at identification, notification and conduction of financial operations.
1.6 Registered customer of Service has an opportunity to use services of Trainex Stock only after authentication of the user using login and password specified at registration

Use of Trainex Stock account

1.7 Account is a personified customer area of the user which functions on the basis of user's personal data.
1.8 Customer is fully responsible for the state of his account, access to it and its control.
1.9 Service is not responsible for intentional and unintentional use of account by the customer in illegal operations.
1.10 Registering in Trainex Stock customer undertakes not to use Service in unlawful purposes and not to act in operations that can be result in Service damage.
1.11 System reserves a right to carry out accounting operations and systematization of all transactions performed by the customer. In case of complaints of Trainex Stock or the third parties against the Customer Service has a right to address judicial agencies to protect the interests of system and its users.
1.12 User's account is not subject to transfer to any other person without prior notification of Service administration.
1.13 All funds entered to the balance of Service user within his account are not subject to commissions, interests and any other charges. In Trainex Stock Service commissions are charged only at depositing and withdrawal of electronic currency.
1.14 TrainEx Service LLC, registered trademark of «Knights Finance Corp.», calls your attention to the fact that after depositing of money from account in electronic payment system to account in Trainex Stock only financial agent changes and all the property rights of the owner for money are reserved.
1.15 TrainEx Service LLC guarantees that all funds will return to Service users and according to public offer it undertakes to render all the services listed in the offer and to be responsible for safety of funds on users’ accounts.

Operations in Trainex Stock

1.16 Having logged in the account Service customer is fully responsible for all transactions performed on behalf of his account.
1.17 Only user and nobody else is responsible for any transfer of his funds.
1.18 Customer has no right to demand withdrawal of the transaction made by him.
1.19 Any operation conducted earlier can be reversed only at court decision.
1.20 Transaction performed in the system on behalf of account registered in name of user is strictly secured for the owner of this account and is not subject to be challenged for non-participation of the Customer in this transaction.
1.21 Service customer shall pay a special attention to accuracy of his actions as a number of operations in Trainex Stock are performed by one click.

Agreement Termination

1.22 System Customer has a right to notify the administration of Trainex Stock of his desire to close the account at any time. In this case liquidation of account in System and removal of all personal data specified by the user at registration take place after finishing of identification of applicant's personality and its check for compliance with the personality of the user that had registered this account (for check user should enter secret work specified at registration).
